Water and Wastewater Operators Annual Short Course The Short Course Committee functions as a non-profit combined effort of the WWOA, CWEA and CSAWWA. The Short Course Committee directs its efforts to the training of environmental systems personnel and to advancing the professional status of personnel engaged in the management, design, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems. The Short Course Committee plans, arranges, and conducts the annual Short Course training sessions. Courses offered include: Introduction to Water, Water 1 & 2, Water 3 & 4, Advanced Water, Distribution & Collections, Industrial Waste, Introduction to Wastewater, Intermediate Wastewater, Advanced Waste Liquids, Advanced Waste Solids, and Superintendent Training.

Free Training for Delaware Operators If you are employed as a municipal, county, or state Water or Wastewater Operator in the state of Delaware, you are eligible for free training. In addition, pump technicians and collection/distribution system mechanics that work in the public sector may also attend the training at no charge.
